BASIS A Grand Piano by manufacturer Ernst Kaps of Dresden, serial-number 17316. Build around 1895. English mechanics with hammer-butt sprint loop. Adjusted, refurbished and tuned by piano-builder Eilert Bartels. Range from A2 to c5, 88 Keys. Strings were replaced if necessary and hold the concert pitch without problems. Tuning pegs, sounding board and plate are without defects.

Marshall As50D, two 8" speakers with a high fidelity polymer dome tweeter, 50 W, chorus, reverb, two input channels, XLR with phantom power, Aux-(Cinch) input, send/return and DI-out.
EFFECTS • Electro Harmonix ›The Tube Zipper‹ with two mixable effects: Tube Distortion und Tube Envelope follower for sounds, created by two 12AX7EH-tubes. • Electro Harmonix ›Holy Stain‹, multieffect, reverb, fuzz, distorsion, pitch shift and tremolo. • Electro Harmonix ›#1 Echo Digital Delay‹ with analog tone, 2 seconds maximum delay/loop. • Electro Harmonix ›A/B Switch‹ giving the opportunity to record loops and amplify them furthermore through the second canal.

VARNISH The original French polish has been entirely removed.
COLORS Olive yellow, bronze green und mate black, automotive paint by Berolina-Autolacke, Berlin.
PATTERN Artistically executed splinter-pattern, inspired by contemporary swedish camouflage-schemes. The geometrical figures dissolve the outline of the instrument and prevent its real form from immediate recognition. Design by Sören Hille, Execution Sören Hille and Marcus Johannsen
CHASSIS Axle by Böckmann. Constructed by Frank, Dirk and Siegfried Lehmann (Böckmann Center/AP-Anhängerprofis, Berlin-Rudow).

TIRES Two tubeless Fedima ›Sirocco‹ size 215/75 on 15" rims (no MOT approval) and 10/10"-balloon tires of a Quad.
VERNISSAGE AND CONCERTS The guerilla-piano has already gone through its baptism of fire: two concerts with pianist Peer Neumann were held on the 7th and 14th of August 2010 at the LLH in Berlin. Further concerts took place at the same location in October 2010 and in January 2011.
